The Creativity Continues - Two More Christmas Workshops Coming Up
The next two Christmas workshops are coming up this weekend.
On Saturday, December 1 we'll create six "interactive" greeting cards. These cards have moving parts, pop-up elements, and shaker-card features to name just a few of the surprises.
Images will be added to the workshops page in the next few days, as I am waiting for some "parts" for one of the cards.
As a teaser, here is one of the cards we'll be making.
This card has lots of fun elements and options so you can make it your very own, unique and special greeting.
This workshop runs from 2 pm - 4:30 pm (an extra 1/2 hour to accommodate the moving parts) and the cost is $30 including taxes, all supplies and coordinating envelopes.
Email me to sign up for this fun workshop.
On Sunday, December 2, we'll create Holiday Gift Tags and Gift Cards galore! Here's a taste of what I have been playing with.
This workshop will be more of a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) event, where I'll provide the ideas, samples, and a whole pile of stamps and embellishments, but you create your own fun results (I'll help where and as needed, but with all the options, you'll have tons of inspiration, I know).
If you have Christmas cards left from last year, bring them along and I'll show you how to make a gift box or gift tags from them.
The cost for this workshop is just $12 to get started and that will include card bases for four mini-gift cards (these are 2.75" x 4.25" and examples are shown in the top row of the photo above) and coordinating envelopes, and supplies for five of the gift tags (some options are shown in the lower row of images above) - there are no envelopes for the gift tags.
After that, you can continue to create at a rate of $2 for each gift card, and $1 for each gift tag.
