April Workshops with Lots of Fun!
Happy April, everyone! My, how time is flying by, but it has been a lovely few weeks to get us into the Spring mood.
Messy Mondays - Art Journaling
Our Messy Monday sessions will continue in April on the following three Mondays:
Monday, April 8
Monday, April 15
Monday, April 29
All sessions run from10 am until noon, and are $10 including GST. I will provide various tools, supplies and inspiration, and you'll have some dedicated time to work on your own journal projects.
Join us for one or all of these sessions and share the creative space in a supportive and friendly environment.
Email me if you plan to attend! If you can't make the daytime sessions but are interested in getting into the journaling fun, let me know and I'll book an evening session during the week, or a weekend session if that works better.
Monthly Card Workshops
This month, our monthly card making workshops will be held on Tuesday, April 16 between 9:30 am and 11:30 am and then again on Sunday, April 28 between 2 pm and 4 pm. In these workshops, we make six all-occasion cards with a mix of greetings and styles (thank you, thinking of you, birthday).
Images will be posted later in the week.
The cost for these workshops is $30 including all supplies, materials, and coordinating envelopes (cost includes GST).
Easter Cards and Treat Boxes
I've got some great Easter images ready for some wonderful seasonal greeting cards and mini-cards. Bring your colouring savvy and create some wonderfully bright cards.
I've also created some fun and impressive treat boxes for your Easter goodies!
How cool is THIS??? The box is wrapped with an Easter greeting and when you slip that off the box, and remove the top and bottom "lids," you get these four "exploding" boxes that can be filled with yummy treats!
I used Cadbury Mini Eggs in this photo, but I also found that the boxes are just the right size for a Lindor chocolate (one in each box!!). (The box stands 5 1/4" high when assembled, and about 1 1/4" on each side.)
And if that isn't cute enough for you, we'll also be making this little bunny box that can also be packed with treats.
Join me on Saturday, April 13th between 10 am and noon or in the afternoon between 2 pm and 4 pm (there will be two sessions that day).
The cost for this session is $30, including detailed instructions, all supplies and materials, and coordinating envelopes for the cards. (GST is included in the price.) We'll make these two treat boxes, plus one more (I'm still working on) and three mini-Easter cards using the colouring panels shown above.
