Fall & Winter Workshops Now Available!
I have an exciting line up of workshops ready for the Fall & Winter, including this (and other) amazing Shadow Box designs, holiday cards, calendars, and fabulous gift boxes.
There are ten great options for you to get into the holiday spirit and share the joy of the upcoming seasons with friends and loved ones.
Many of these projects you can complete "in studio" on your own, or with a small group of friends or family and most are appropriate for take-out kits if you prefer to complete the projects at home. (Note that take-out kits do not include adhesives and may require markers or pencil crayons for colouring.)

COVID Christmas Cards (2021 Version)
Who'd have thought we'd still be dealing with COVID this year, but we are, and I've created some more fun holiday designs to capture the moment.
These six cards include the following sentiments:

The cost of this workshop is $30 in studio, or $25 as a take-out kit. Please note that depending on demand, the papers may be changed, but the images and sentiments will remain as shown.
Holiday Card Marathon
In this session you'll make three each of six designs of cards. The cards will be a mix of traditional and elegant and will include some colouring and other added elements.
Designs may differ from those shown, depending on demand.
The cost for this workshop is $45 in studio, or $40 as a take-out kit.
3D Shadow Box Designs
These fabulous layered shadow box designs make a great focal point, and would be cherished as a gift.
The designs are created by Christina Ritch and used and modified with permission.
Some designs include LED lighting to accentuate the details, and many include added elements to highlight the festive image.
The cost for this workshop is $40 including the shadow box frame and is best completed in studio.

Silly & Snarky Holiday Cards
This always-popular set of cards has enough snarkiness to be fun without being offensive!
In this workshop, you'll create six designs, similar to the ones shown here (note that designs will be modified based on demand and may not be as shown here).
This workshop can be completed in studio, or as a take-out kit.
The cost for this workshop is $30 in studio, or $25 as take-out.
Whimsical Cards
These cards have all the fun and cuteness, without the snarkiness!
You'll create six wonderful cards similar to these designs. This workshop can be completed in studio, or as a take-out kit.

Traditional Cards
This image shows a sample of the style of cards that will be included in this workshop.
You'll create six different designs with warm and traditional tones.
This workshop can be done in studio for $30, or as a take-out for $25.
Woodsy Cards
Inspired by this fabulous woodsy paper, these six cards bring the feel and colours of the forest to the forefront.
You will create these three designs, along with three more cards (for a total of six cards) and you can complete this in studio ($30) , or as a take out kit ($25).
Pop Up and Pop Out Holiday Cards
Cards that pop-up, pop-out, and include surprise elements offer a special holiday treat.
This design shown here, which I call the Village Scene, folds flat for mailing but provides a fabulous focal point for display.
You'll create two different styles of this design, along with four other interactive styles.
Due to the complexity of these designs, this workshop is best completed in studio.
The cost for this workshop is $35.
Holiday Gift Boxes
These versatile gift boxes allow you to create a unique "care package" for the recipient, or to hold a gift card, candy, or other small gift.
There are two styles of box, a plastic framed one, where the decorative cover is inserted into the plastic cover, and a cardboard / chipboard based box. (For you crafty folks, these boxes used to hold Cricut cartridges so the plastic ones have an insert that is integral to the box and can't be removed, but which is hidden here by the candle holder.)
The inside can be left open (for the chipboard version), or modified with one or more inserts to hold the tea light, lip balm, and tea bags or other goodies. There will also be an insert specifically to hold a gift card and you can mix and match the inner design elements as desired. (Please confirm on booking which designs you would like to include so that I can prepare them in advance.)
Due to the assembly requirements, these boxes are best completed in studio. The cost is $5 for each box or you can create six boxes for $25.
Here are some of the design styles I've created so far (if you think of something you don't see here, let me know and I'll try to adapt a design for you).
Desk Calendars
I have four designs of desk calendars that are great to create for yourself, or as a stocking stuffer or hostess gift.
Due to the assembly requirements, these workshops are best completed in studio.
The design shown here includes a tear-off calendar and a place for a post-it note pad (3 x 3") and a mini-pen (all included for this workshop). The finished size is approximately 4 x 4".
The cost for this calendar design is $5 per calendar.
This fun design also provides the tear-off calendar, but also allows for a focal element of patterned paper or a stamped and coloured image (patterned paper is shown here). You can also add an inspiring saying with a stamped or hand-written sentiment.
The cost for this workshop is $5 per calendar.
These fabulous calendar panels from Taylored Expressions are a great starting point to design a personalized calendar.
Individual images will be added for each month, allowing you to colour and customize your design.
The calendar includes a "stand" to hold the monthly panels and to display the current image.
Due to the stamping and colouring requirements, this project is best completed in studio. The cost of this workshop is $10 per calendar set.
